Welcome to Todd's Canopies

By the time you need a canopy for your airplane you probably lost track of how much time and money you spent on the project. Perhaps only the best canopy will do.

Before you buy a canopy I recommend you ask around. If you're building an RV-8, post a question on the RV-8 list.

We now make canopies for 40 types of aircraft. We also welcome custom work. Perhaps you need a canopy for an aircraft you are designing. Maybe you need a canopy that is no longer being manufactured by the orginal supplier.

We form plastic for other things besides kit or plans built airplanes. We've made large, 3/4 inch thick canopies for powerboats. We've also made one inch thick bubbles for aquariums. Check out this iceboat canopy!

I received my prototype canopy from Todd Silver last week. It looks great! ......Unlike Van's bubble's which have the base still attached, Todd's canopy came pre-trimmed to almost exactly what I needed.
